Tulip Food Company wants to meet the environmental requirements set by the authorities.
As a production company Tulip has responsibility for reducing the environmental impact of our production. Therefore Tulip requests our suppliers to reduce their environmental impact and we also set a number of targets for our own production.
One of our targets is reduction of energy consumption. It is also part of Tulip’s business strategy for 2010 – 2015.
Our aim is to reduce Tulip’s consumption of electricity, water, heating and cooling. The target is to reduce our CO2 emissions by 20 percent by 2015.
